Elevated Bench Dips

How good are these kinda dips ? Really tryin to tone up my arms
Doin around 3 sets of 20 reps, can really feel my triceps burnin after each set.

Jump off and do around 3 sets of 15 chin up's and 3 sets of 10 rep push ups, aswell try and even it out a bit.
Nice basic excerise's any other suggestions i can do?
