To be fair to Barry, a broken promise isn't always a flip-flop. For example, extending the Bush tax cuts wasn't really a flip-flop, since he still says they should be ended. That's how most of his Presidency has been thus far. He doesn't flip-flop, he just backs down to Republicans and makes a "compromise" which usually involves Obama giving them everything they want and them giving him peanuts.
You'd do better to seek out a list of capitulations. -
