Criteria: Most powerlifters, strongman competitors, personal trainers, and fitness instructors. Then compared obesity rates and physical activity. Extra points were awarded for the quality of the city itself based on park space, the number of bicycle commuters or the most baseball diamonds, basketball courts and other games spaces per capita.
