Lupe Fiasco released a great sophomore album in The Cool, and apart from a few production problems, the album was pretty solid.
Jay-z went back to basics in with American Gangster and rapped about hustling all over again because he couldnt find anything new to say. He pretended to rap from the perspective of a heroin kingpin but came out of character plenty of times and just explored familiar territory which made it boring and stale.
So which concept album was better>
