My lady made us some grits, scrambled eggs, toast, and Canadian bacon for breakfast.

Today, I made a bowl of oatmeal, along with a cup of coffee.

I ate a Vegetable omelet with Mushrooms, Spinach, green onions, Bellpepper, onions, cheese and Turkey sausage around 930.
I also had fruit salad early in the morning like around 6. Trying to eat five small meals in a day. -
3 scrambled eggs and 2 sausage patties....The time you eat breakfast is important to.....30minutes to an hour after waking-up
co-sign that ? . eat no later than an hour after waking up.
i had a smoothie -
I had a cup of green tea as soon as I woke up- I'm going to try to do that every morning.
Then I had a egg white veggie omelette from Denny's and coffee. And a little oatmeal, protein powder, and almond milk for my mid- morning snack/ lunch. -
The same thing every morning while I'm going through my stage of body fat % droppage... Oatmeal.

Had a grapfruit and water this morning... will probably have the same tomorrow morning

Yo Du, Quaker has a Weight Control branded line. It seems to fill me up more than the normal Quaker. -

my own breakfast burrito...
got the turkey sausage going...broke it up, set it to the side....scrambled an egg ....threw all of it in a tortilla w/ cheese...mmm mmm gud -
