2006 Acura TSX or 2003 Lexus IS300

I need help!!!! I have to get a new car and I think those are the two I like most...The Acura has about 50k miles on it and is about 1k more than the Lexus...The Lexus has about 70k on it...I think they are both standard...I'm also open to other suggestions but those are the two I will likely be looking at this weekend...

Soooo...no thoughts? I might go with a 2007 VW Jetta but thats my 3rd option the two above are 1a and 1b
