    Departed was better movie. Scorsese direction was masterful. Denzel did his job though and final monologue is one of my fav all-time actor moments.

    Nicholson's dialogue in The Departed is insane. I love love love it. Whoever wrote the screenplay should definitely have gotten an Oscar nomination.



    Edit: Nevermind. Writers did WIN an Oscar. Well deserved.

    The Departed was Marty in cruise control. I think his mere presence had all them actors in awe. It was a bit pedestrian to me though.

    TD on the other hand was dark and had a commanding performance from the lead actor.
