Like displacement doesn't exist? Like "white flight" isn't real? Gentrification is a weapon used to kick low to middle income families around like a soccer ball. The stereotypical "white kids listening to rap music while wearing G-Unit pullovers" is dying. And the inner-city schools are being shut down and rennovated to clear out "those people" and make way for higher income familes who demand an actual education in highly funded institutions.
