aight its mid march now and summer the next season...time to get disciplined...I'm going to create an ab routine and I'll post it in here later this week...I'm trying to get my abs deep like this

I only do 1 or 2 ab workouts a session, once I lose 2-3% more bf, then I'll worry about it.
