Anybody use this?
This chick I used to ? with got this for my b-day and I been using it for the past 5-6 months and no weights.
I can honestly say pull/chin-ups has been more effective.
The main thing I wanted to work on was my back and shoulders .
And for some reason I wasn't feeling the burn/pump when I was using weights.

I want an Iron Gym very badly! I'm in good shape already(working out 3-4 times a week), but I'm the type that always loves to add new things to my workouts.

It's a good investment.
Especially if you're looking to tone up your body.
I had decent size already 175-180 lbs 5'11.
But I wanted to cut up my shoulders, arms, and back more. -
i had to google that ? , why didnt you just say pull up bar. yeah, pull ups are the ? .
