The New York State Unified Court System (which I’m familiar with) has an open case online with Calvin Lebrun aka Mister Cee which includes the case #, arrest date, and next appearance.
According to the case, the incident runs parallel to the story posted by HollywoodStreetKings.com with an arrest on March 30th, 2011 and an upcoming hearing on June 1st, 2011
