I just wanna know who everyone thinks run's NY.
IMO Imma say Nas he puts out classic material with 3 classic albums. and Illmatic is arguably the best Hip-Hop album.2nd would probably be Jay.

i say Rakim deserves it !! cause to me he is what everyone is trying to be in 2011 just check all of his old records and style etc ... the only diff is Rakim didnt have as much charism but he def defined swag for the 80's .... but just cause dude never sold major amount and isnt relevant today most will brush him off as a nobody ......
