or just straight up tell me if this ? is bad for you? cause I been hooked to it and it says its all natural with no added sugar but we all know companys be jiving

When a label has the 'no sugar added' on it, it's typically a good thing. Just means that the fruits inside are what gives it its sweetness as opposed to using High Fructose Corn Syrup. Judging by the ingredients, I think you're good.
