Protein Shakes are F*cking Disgusting

The vanilla flavor smells like yellow cake icing and tastes horrible.
The chocolate flavor doesnt even taste right, all wheaty tasting and ? .
Plus, its hard to get all the powder mixed in well so when you drink it down, you dont get lumps of powder
There has to be a better way

I been taking creatine and whey protien past 6 weeks. I take pictures of myself shirtless every week. I'm lookin jacked. No atl. -

prolly by the 5th week I was looking alot more tone, alittle more mass on my chest, legs, and shoulders. I work out pretty hard, it feels good. I've gained about 7 pounds... Which isn't all muscle obviously but the protien and the creatine do help. I've tried to increase my overall protien intake in general.
And most protien mixes taste better with milk. -

1 1/2 cup 2% milk
your chocolate protien shake maybe (2 scoops)
1/2 of a banana

but if you not on that, try myoplex, that ? taste like a milkshake w/ just water b. -

If you're worried about calories and carbs, like I do, you can mix your shakes with some low-carb milk from Hood, called Calorie Countdown. It's like 5g of carbs per 8 oz., and something like 90 calories. Or you could always try unsweetened coconut or almond milk.
