yall think it would be good if i just eat one meal lunch and for dinner jus protein shakes and training?

Jamel pretty much said it. 5-6 small meals a day.
However, I wouldn't suggest a protein shake for dinner. Your body still needs quality protein (chicken, turkey, fish, etc) and complex carbs to aid in your efforts...protein shakes are to be used as meal replacements or something to have directly AFTER a workout.
