Pun was nice with it. If he had a deeper catalog this would be a good match up. Since he doesn't I don't see how he could possibly be all around better.
There's a lot of rappers who are "better" than Jay-Z. 99% of them don't have the catalog to match up with him. It's hard to compare 2 albums to 11 or 12.
Nas, Black Thought, AZ, Ice Cube, Common, Mos Def, Talib, Ghostface, Scarface, Beans, feel free to add on have put in enough work to compete. -

Big fan of both but Jay > Pun. Can't really compare them anyway Pun has 2 albums and Jay has 11(solo).
