honestly at times westbrook looks just as fast as rose, if not a tad faster... I think he's being overlooked

Iverson was the clear cut quickest guy of his generation.
Rose isn't (necessarily) quicker than Westbrook, Chris Paul, Ellis, Rondo, Wade ... In other words, AI by a landslide. -
