Inspired by the film, 'The Bucket List' with Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman.

the-bucket-list-dvd.jpg

The idea is to create a list of things you wish to do before you 'kick the bucket' (die).

I haven't made one yet, but this is what I will add to it for now...
  1. Live in another Country (Canada, France)
  2. Learn another language
  3. Find someone who I will share my life with happily
  4. Read a lot of Manga
  5. Write something that gets published
  6. Sustain a successful career
  7. Change career later on in life
  8. Have a happy home
  9. Own a MacBook Pro
  10. Help a charity and children less fortunate by visiting a third world country
  11. Stay in touch with my good friends
  12. Ski
  13. Scuba dive
  14. Go on safari in Africa

I'll add more as the thread grows...

I dunno, I don't have a list like that but I just want to be as successful as possible, and travel more altho there isn't like a specific place I'd like to see before I die. One thing that would be cool would be to travel in space, but I don't know how realistic that is at this point.

hahahaha I meant to support them in any way I can via working for a charity!

Nice list you posted, I would need space travel to be much safer before stepping into a shuttle.
Perfect album: Common- Be or Corrine Bailey Rae- Self Titled

Be is close to perfect, but it isn't a memorable album bar the intro track, IMO.

I haven't checked out the other album though, props :tu One of the best hip hop albums that's close to perfect is Masta Ace's A Long Hot Summer. But the cliche Nas Illmatic post can't be far away.

The Corner, Faithful, Love is, Real People aint memorable?
I can respect ya opinion and u right about Illmatic

The Corner was the worst track on the album for me, I couldn't get into it... Faithful was my second favourite on the album, but it wasn't anything different to what we've heard before from Common, namely Come Close off the top. Love is, is nice; Real people is a good track. To me, Be is a solid 4/5. But Resurrection is a much greater Common Sense album. I think it's tough to prove why through a message board, but the feeling that I get from listening to Resurrection is much higher than when I listen to Be and rewind the intro 5 times. Kanye did great things with that album though, no doubt.

How do you plan on doing that? I can respect the idea, but it's a tough one!

That's cool, I think you're better off being President though, I'm not so sure how much the President would listen to advice.

Yeah, but then you'd have to be an actual advisor of the President, I just thought you meant you'd like to sit down with him and tell him what you think...

I feel you, probably how I feel about Be,
BE took me back to Chicago, it captured what i remembered about growing up but we agree to disagree

    back to the list

    4) I want to sky dive over an island or off a coast of somewhere tropical

That's cool, I can't relate because I'm not from Chicago... but when the album dropped it did make my jaw drop, no doubt. Best intro to an album ever as well.

    17. Visit a rainforest.

Does your faith fluctuate greatly from time to time?

Anybody can sin, thats why allah is the most forgiving, that is 1 of gods attributes. However islam is like fitness, you cant run 10 miles straight away, you gotta build yourself up step by step and theres something called the devil whispering in your heart tryna make you go astray. Also it should be pointed once you have committed sin after sin, there can be a point where there is no guidance available due to the barrage of sins you committed.
