me? Harrison is the expert I'm still fat Change your routine though. Your body gets use to everything quick. Even your diet I hear eating good carbs before working out is good when cutting. What's your post workout routine?

last weight in was 180, im trying to lose this ? piece of fat on my tummy but im mainly trying to tone up my legs -
Are you building muscle? Do you notice change in your shape and loss of fat in certain areas, yet you still weigh the same? Maybe your body composition is changing.

my wife weighs the same...according to her other females losing stomach fat is the hardest to lose..believe or not alot of walking/jogging can help alot..i introduced boxing to my wife and she has toned up alot...how long do you work out and how many times a week -

Remember babe when you workout you lose the bad and good your post workout is very important. Because you want to reintroduce the good with minimal bad because your actually repairing the tears that happen as you work out.

@sean i do cardio for 40mins and hit weights for 25 about 4x a week, I also go to mma classes. im pretty much active the whole week -

if your working out right before you go to bed try taking Casein (protein) it feeds your body slowly while your asleep. Look into L Carnitine since you have such a strict diet ? Are you taking a multi vitamin? -
