    I recommend this diet : whole grains, fruits/vegetables, nuts/seeds, 8-10 glasses of water a day. No meat, animal products, hydrogenated oil (transfat), refined carbohydrates, refined sugar, little to no refined salt and try to avoid foods with preservatives.

    u have man weight

    What? That is quite an ignorant comment.
    Height will add to weight and everyone carries it differently. Pico, a woman, carries it more so in her mid- lower body where as a mansshape is typically built to carry it in his upper body.

    @j gutta gracias lil gramma

    what the hell is a gramma is that Cali talk for ? !!!!

    Anyways I ask one of the trainers off the bat he said The Oxy Elite that we all talked about in the Weight Loss Competition. But I don't know how you feel about fat burners yo. It gives you that edge to get you over the ? . But if you don't want to mess with that just like I thought the L Carnitine which basically uses your stored fat as an energy source. Also yo look at the protein stats to the shake your taking it might be a little high in fat. Remember if someone takes protein and they don't work out they actually get fat. The two I recommend is the Casein Protein or the Isopure that I always recommend because of the low to zero carbs that they offer.

    As far as your routine goes. Are you doing Cardio before or after? I suggest you do it last with an interval setting I only do 15 minutes and sweat like a hebrew slave. Basically run 3 minutes walk 2 minutes and I repeat that until I'm done and if you can do more go for it B. Have you tried the stair master you burn madd calories off that machine even on just a manual setting. When it comes to weights stick to your routine if you feel comfortable with that just take shorter rest in between sets as little as 30 seconds to a 1:30 at the most use a stop watch if you have to. Do at least 4 sets too.
