To get super strong as ? ....do alot...and ALOT of pushups

And suspend a pullup bar on CHAINS (realest exercise I ever did, its all about body control)

I dont even bench press because push ups and dips works your chest better anyway

(I benched 315 a solid 5 reps, been four months before the last time I layed under the bench)

P.s....I do 400 pushups under 20 minutes....every 3 days
