Alot of these mass gainers and muscle builders are now adding soy to their ingredients which raises your estrogen levels. If you're trying build muscle you need a good supplement that will lower estrogen levels and raise testosterone levels. What are you on?

I'm sure Mr. Wright can tell you more about supplements since he's a trainer and all...but from my limited knowledge of testosterone...as you said, most of them aren't good. Ultimatefatburner.com recommends only one testosterone supplement though...

Read the article through before trying it. Also, to gain muscle, you don't necessarily need testosterone. You need more protein and to lift heavier weights...Personally, I'm trying to get cut, so I'm only using a fat burner and cla, doing more cardio, lifting lighter weights, and eating 5 small meals a day -
protein power/MRPs is all i use b.
might look into creatine & nitric oxide one day. -
I just take whey prtoien and 5 grams of creatine on days I don't lift, 10 grams on days I do. It seems to help. I don't enjoy my protien powder. It's just the GNC whey brand.

Im not very big on supps. Just a good protein powder is all you really need. Muscle is built in the kitchen and in the bed. You got to eat right and sleep right if you want to get big.

Im try this out...Im cop some protein and maybe some ZMA pills. I tried a Mass Gainer and it gave me maybe 5 pounds in like 3 months. Im 160 tryna get to 175. Im one of those Ectomorph ? lol -
I use creatine, glutamine and whey protein powder.
Trust me I'm a guy who has spent tons of money on supps and I can tell you they are a waste of money. The only things that will actually work are the real deal (juice) or prohormones. Creatine is good, glutamine helps recovery, protein is obvious all that other ? is a big waste of money. -
Mass gainer shakes have too much sugar.
Make your own for cheaper:
40-50 grams whey protein
3 cups low fat milk
2 tbsp all natural peanut butter
2 cups mixed frozen berries
=760 calories, all clean -
Animal Pak, Fish Oil, G&C, & water.

that muscle milk, protein shake & gatorade.........i eat at least 4 full meals a day......smoke a kush blunt before & after every meal.......2 shots of henn & a 22oz bud ice before i go to sleep......that works for me homie.....helps keep me cut.....the kush blunt before i go lift helps me out a lot more than when i dont have one
