im @ 200lbs right now, still trying to work my way up to 210. Once this happens I'm going go through an intense cardio to get rip. I'm trying to be buff and ripped at the same time

so i was planning on starting back next week, but i said ? it and started back today.
got back from the gym about an hour ago, and im surpised i wasnt struggling with the weights more, i havent worked out since december
which is a long time for me, but i know im gonna be sore as ? tomorrow lmao
next week im back on my protein drinks and vitamins. -
after i graduated i just let myself go...i musta gain like 20 lbs, in like 7-8 weeks, of straight eating and sleeping..i just looked at myself the other day and saw my belly sticking out...i was like whoa....I'm working out crazy right now tho...n i just gotta smoke more and eat less...and i'd be back 2 normal, by mid april...

Ive been tryna pack on some pounds with daily protein shakes... I find myself playing to much ball which means too much cardio... but we'll see. :-/

What the problem is -
I started my grind again this week. I been going through some ? (Aunt pass around Thanksgiving, Grandfather passed right before Christmas, Uncle on my dad side like 3 weeks after that). But right now i got so much lactic acid in my muscles it hurts to blink.
