Good thread Jamel. I'm doing a cut right now, so this will be perfect. I weigh 210, my goal is to get to 200. Once I get there I'll see if I want to cut more. Right now my diet consists of 5 hard boiled eggs for breakfast and a can of tuna, 4 whey protein shakes throughout the day, and 2-4 chicken ? for dinner. Sometimes I eat another can of tuna before I go to bed too. I'm on a high protein/low carb diet. Most of my carbs come from the creatine I use. -
i was 300 pounds 2 years ago and i got down to 174. i bulked up to 190 where i'm at now so i only have water to cut to make 185

About 212 right here. This was a lil over a week ago.
Here are some back and front pics I took 3 days ago. I'm about 211 right here.
I didn't eat to well over the weekend so I got to up my cardio this week. I want to get to at least 208 by next week. -

as of this morning i'm 259....and my goal is 245 by the end of this month....i'll take a pic on the 30th of march
what i'm doing is drinking 2 gallons of water a day.....
i've been hitting the gym twice a week, but i'll up it....
oatmeal in the morning, soup for lunch
i keep trail mix at my desk to keep something in my body,
and i've been eating either chicken or fish for dinner as much as possible...
hardest ? for me is taking the beers n ? outta my diet.....
i guess i can take another pic tonight.. but give me a sec -
tonight..

I just renewed my gym membership now that I'm making some money, so I've only been back for a week.
I do about 40 minutes of cardio on either the treadmill, bike, or elliptical, then I go through the circuit of machines for legs, arms and stomach. I need to start doing some squats, but I haven't yet. I plan on hitting the gym every day but Friday and maybe Saturday if I have other plans.
As for the diet, low carb works the best for me cause I can't live without protein. I need to eat more throughout the day but I'm too busy/lazy to fix 5 or 6 little meals a day. -
