    a) Pullups - 25 reps ( I did this on the t- bar rows pullups@ work)
    b) Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps ( did this @ 60 pounds)
    c) Pushups - 50 reps
    d) 24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps ( i had subsituted this with jump squats)
    e) Floor wipers - 50 reps
    f) Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
    g) Pullups - 25 reps

changing up my routine. i was going strong on the p90x but im not getting enough cardio in to see the results i want...so now, i started walking to the gym, do 20 minutes on the elliptical and weight training, then walk back home. if im feeling it, i'll hop on the p90x too. but i know i gotta hit the gym at least 3 times a week

Down to 196 (started at 210). I'm not taking an after picture until the end of the competition. I like to see "extreme" results lol

have you tried hiking? my aunt is a 100 mile marathon runner and I finally asked her to help me. She told me hiking would help me lose more and tone up faster too

Yo Jamel... those are good results you have so far. How many calories are you taking in everyday and what do your workouts consist of?

Actually you still need that deficit to lose weight/fat if losing is your goal. Jiu Jitsu, that's tight!

jamel, good ? but had an off topic question. what do you think about ? chung as a martial art? i was thinking about getting into that as opposed to jiu jitsu once i met my weight loss goals.

I lost 43 pounds from 225, I think I'm pretty much at or around the weight I want to be, but I really want to cut body fat now. I do 10x3, eat properly for my weight, but still can't knock the BF as much as I want, any tips?

of course I lost body fat,but being at my weight, my body fat should be even lower IMO. Maybe I should step up the cardio.

How's everybody doing with their goals?

Hope none of ya'll gave up....

I'm still going strong B. It's literally a lifestyle for me to be in the gym for the past year and a half. I just got back from the gym, today was bi-ceps and tri-ceps of course with 30 minutes of interval cardio, boxing and crunches. Keep going everyone.

I haven't given up, but due to work, being sick and a back problem, April was ? .

I haven't been feeling it as of late, at all. With finals soon to be over and me being cleared, I'ma unleash hell (no Mike Tomlin) in May and June to get where I want to.

    @ jamel
that sucks man, a damn near 10 pound swing. one of the problems of staying fit is some kind've unforseen circumstance like an injury or sickness. but how small are you trying to get? what's your weight class in mma?

Only lost 2 pounds over the past two weeks, so now I'm 194. I think I'm going to create an ever bigger caloric deficit and see if that doesnt jump start things.
