Lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks. I just started to do more interval cardio. I swear after 30 minutes I'm sweating like a Hebrew Slave.

How the hell? We're the same height, but the lowest I ever were was the low 70's and that was at 10% bf...must be body frame. -

I got my workout together, now it's time to get my diet together. I gained 2 pounds last week due to what I was eating for sure.

What are you guys' chest routine look like? I'm a hardgainer in the chest.

I do 5 sets bench, 4 sets incline and 4 sets decline. I alternate weeks using dumbells and and the bar in incline and decline. I try to throw in some dumbell flys a different day in the week.
I think I need to add something or try something different cause I'm starting to plateau. -

I do drop sets now. I dumbell fly every work out. The thing with me is, I could work my ass off all week and my chest look great, but if I take 3 days off, it's back to normal..weird. -

I would post my results but im shy -
i'm 6'1 currently i weigh 190. i wanna get down to 175 and start gaining muscle.
i'm eating properly, salads, fruits, drinking lots of water and either play ball or go for a run for 30 mins and eliptical for 15 mins.
now its taking some time to lose the fat off my stomach, its not huge but i wanna get that 6pack going.
Should i keep with my current exercise plan or change things up? -
