Right now...I'm 280 flat
I'm starting p90x n acouple days but I'm Tryna add some cardio as well.
I ball everyday, jump roping is my ? ,I basically beast at it..and I run 3laps everyday around my crib..(a ? calfs be tightening up)

met one 50 year old white guy at my old job that said he did the p90x during the evenings and insanity during the day. true story, he was built like chuck norris. had the exact same haircut too
