It depends on the female. I know at one point in my life....I wasnt doing that good. But...im on my ? now. Wouldve loved to have someone in my corner. Same exact deal. However.....like i said.....the female better be very SPECIAL, to make me wanna do that.

I agree to an extent. Because not everybody gonna change & become somethin huge all of a sudden, its naive & unrealistic to think so but, Im sure the high powered Lawyer Michelle had no clue back in 89 that ? -ass Barack the intern at Sidley Austin was gonna become the first Black President. what im saying tis that
i can accept a man for who he is without all the material things
altho i look and dress a certain way doesnt mean i trip off what my guy is doing
some people are in a better economic situation to do better.
my last last is an aspiring rapper guy (and hes hella good-no name dropping but ? know the song he produced)
he has LOADS of potential and ? but he was not all that cute or nicely put together
i loved that guy-because he was everything i needed at the time
and i would pay for that fat ? meal like everyday
if he ever came up a bit short on rent i had him
or anyother misc ?
now he doing pretty good for himself
and i know in the future he will be doing alot better
i saw past his physical flaws (which was VERY hard)
and fell in love with his personality -

Thats wassup. You a good catch. A good woman but, you shouldnt have had to PAY for him. By Upgrade......I mean the female/male is doing okay financially, enough to take care of THEMSELVES but, just not on your level. -
Nah, I'd just get with someone who was already there, or very quickly approaching.

Not so much "upgrading", just supporting the persons dreams. For example, when I first got with my woman, I was pushing an old broke down whip, wasn't making much money in my career, even though I was in my career, and I lost my brother and 2 uncles in the same year. The fact that she was there for me every day and did all the things a companion should do, I made her a promise that someday she'll never have to work again.....

it depends what we're upgrading
If I'm into a guy, I usually do a little upgrading to his dress and home just because, I like mines to have the best
but that only comes when I've spent enough time with him, for me to do that I need feel that we're on the same page, in fact I've only upgraded someones 'situation' twice

i can burn a 100 dollars a week on food MYSELF!
