Hahahahaha.
I take around 45 minutes+ unless Im in a rush. Washing and conditioning my hair is a process.
Also, the longer you're in a hot shower, the more your pores open up and the more you're actually able to clean yourself.
Quick showers would only really get the surface grime and b/o off.
10 minutes + Old Spice body wash + loofah = as clean as you're gonna get
There is only so much scrubbing you can do, all that other ? is just you wasting water. -

like 15 minutes usually....the morning shower is always the shortest, if I shower in the evening after I workout it's usually waaaay longer...

Using a loofa is pretty bad for your skin, and if they're not replaced often enough your just creating shallow scratches that get filled with bacteria and old dead skin from the loofa.
I just go into the shower, lather up my hair. Rinse, re-shampoo just my scalp and let it sit. By that point about enough time has passed and my pores have started to open up. Wash and rinse body n hair. Condition my hair, leave that in. Shave, then wash my body once more. Rinse out excess conditioner and Im out.

If I'm shaving...12 minutes max. Oh, and if I've been out for a swim in the cool morning air...15 min max. Otherwise, no more than 10!
