How important is it that your man has a high school diploma or GED?

I have a friend of mine that got out of a relationship with a guy who had no job or GED. Now she is involved with a guy who has a job but no diploma or GED. Is this something that can be over looked when getting involved with a guy?

i know someone who dropped out in grade 10 and makes 6 figures

now calculate the odds of that happening for the avg 10th grade dropout... -
