Is there anything the IC ladies are doing, or would like to do to improve your overall quality of life? Physical and financial goals are common topics among us but aside from that what else are you doing to become the best you? what are your goals? what's on your plate right now?
I've bolded the things from this list that I would love to make happen. Adding to that I'd like to be a better communicator. I want to be able to communicate (my wants, needs, demands) in a way that is more assertive and effective without sounding like an abrasive ? .
Anything else you ladies want to add?

idk #23 is only hard in the literal sense. You're gonna encounter negative people everyday so it is kind of unavoidable , but it isn't hard to say "I don't like this person's energy" and decide not to deal with them from there on out. I do agree with 21 though. I have several to give up -
23. Avoid negative people.
24. Learn to deal with difficult people.
I genuinely and truly want to murder my father. I mean I really, really want the man to be dead. I can't even begin to explain what an arrogant, thoughtless, unintelligent and amoral ? ? that man is.
Television isn't necessarily a bad thing. -

I don't think TV is bad either if it makes you happy. I believe the argument here is less TV time=more productivity. Which I agree with (and can also be interchangeable with internet time)
I do hope you someday resolve your issues with your father. With or without him. -
