    to embed video, click the little video.png icon and insert the url to the video in the pop up box and click OK

    You copy the URL of the picture itself, then you click the little icon of a tree above the text area which will prompt you for the URL. Just paste it and click Ok, and it'll automatically put in [IMG][/IMG] for you....
