    This ^^^^^ And dont get pull-ups and chin-ups confused, Jamel. Pull-ups (palms facing away from the body) & chin-ups (palms facing the body).

    You don't like the lat pulldown? You can pull down and hold for a two count on 3 sets of 8-10. Good change up if you don't wanna do pull ups every time.

    do pullups with dead hangs and static holds. these built up my lats (and forearms) very nicely.

    I do weighted pullups as well but to be honest, i get better development out of body weight pullups with dead hangs and static holds.

    If you can do 15 straight regular pullups, expect to be able to 6-8 straight pullups with dead hangs/static holds to start. I'll typically do 50 and break the sets up like:
    10, 8, 8, 6, 6, 6, 6

    I sometimes superset these with pullovers holding a 45lb plate.

    ? is brutal, but works wonders for your back.
