My friend is a stock broker, he's been discussing stocks with me, he's made a total of around $5000 over a few year period, after investing $13,000, but he lost $3000 due to a bad investment that he wasn't feeling at the time but was pushed on him by a friend at work (who he now hates lol!) He's made a profit of around $2000 though, which isn't that bad for a few years… although I know it's not earth-shattering, it's better than a loss!
I was thinking of getting into stocks, so just checking in… -

i'm a pathologists' assistant. i'm basically a nurse for the pathologist, i do the bulk of the manual part of an autopsy. it's very interesting to me, and i have a very strong stomach so it doesn't bother me too much, although sometimes the smell can be a little overwhelming
Cool job Kai, don't know how you do it, so I can definitely respect what you do… you ever want to become a nurse and try to save people? -
i was in nursing first before i switched to this. and i am helping people, they're just dead is all. we're a voice for the dead is what my boss always says
That's cool, yeah no doubt, I know that you're helping people, just thought that saving people may have been more rewarding, but can imagine both would be.
