All the people that think her walking around naked in public, like what, a week ago, will leave the children "tramatized" are funny.
Those are the same ones that would bring their children to see Precious, Saw I, II, and III and any Firday the 13th movie, using the excuse"well they'll see it anyway." Yeah right. Wonder why the children of today are so violent and stupid as hell nowadays. Plus it wasn't like she was dancing on a pole or in a sex tape. So what now if a woman chooses to take a bath with their five year old, will that tramatize the child? Will they not be able to see a naked woman again. There are somethings children should not see, violence is one of them, non sexualized nudity is not. Give it a rest. -

Erykah arrested? That will never happen. We should be thankful to ? for ass like that! There was nothing sexual and nasty in that exposure. Erykah made artistic statement that obviously went over people's head. Go Erykah!

Nah, she ain't gonna get arrested cause they didnt acutally catch her in the act while she was doing it. And nobody called 911 and nobody's come fourth to press charges (although the local news down has reported that one lady who was walking with her daughter is planning to)

The local news stations have contacted the DPD and they have even confirmed they don't plan on arresting her or pressing charges since they didnt actually catch her at time. If they really wanted to arrest her, they wouldve issused an arrest warrant by now.
The laws for indecent exposure differs from state to state, but the most she'll get is fine. -

i love me some erykah..been a fan since day 1 and i'm sure it was liberating for her, but since there were kids around i was like, ok.. this is so wrong
