For The 1st Time In North America, BBC Announces 'Misfits: Season 1' On DVD July 31
Great news for USA fans of the series... not sure where the previously-announced Hollywood remake of the series stands.
Until then... hot off the presses:New York – July 10, 2012 – The award-winning, critically acclaimed series Misfits: Season One is available on DVD for the first time in North America on July 31, 2012.

Written and created by Howard Overman (Merlin), Misfits took home the 2010 BAFTA TV Award for Drama Series and continues to earn international acclaim.
Kelly (BAFTA-winner Lauren Socha), Nathan (Robert Sheehan, The Borrowers, Season of the Witch), Curtis (Nathan Stewart-Jarrett), Alisha (Antonia Thomas), and Simon (Iwan Rheon) are five unruly teenagers forced to do community service as payback for their crimes. But when a freak electrical storm hits their town, strange things begin to happen to the gang as they discover that they have each developed a superpower, one that reveals their deepest, darkest insecurities.
Though they just want to finish their community service and get through the challenges of everyday teenage life - relationships, friendships, parents and sex - fate has another task in store for them: they must save their town from the evil that has descended upon it. With abilities ranging from invisibility to hearing people’s thoughts, these young malcontents are going to learn that having great power sure can get in the way of having a great time.
In 2011, Misfits premiered exclusively in the U.S. on Hulu and Hulu Plus, and is launching on Logo starting July 19, 2012. In Canada, the series premiered in Spring 2010 on Showcase and on BBC Canada.

Misfits newcomer discusses character
Misfits newcomer Karla Crome has dropped hints about what fans can expect from her character Jess.
Speaking to CultBox she said: "I suppose Jess says what she thinks and can see through people's bulls**t.
"Because she's so straightforward, she gets frustrated when people aren't honest with her. She's a tough cookie, but she's quite vulnerable too."
Crome also spoke highly of fellow Misfits cast members Nathan Stewart-Jarrett and Joseph Gilgun saying: "Nathan and Joe have both been lovely. I didn't ever feel I had to try too hard with them because they've been so open and welcoming, as have the crew."
Crome is set to join the cast in its fourth series later this year.

I loved the first season. I was like hell yea man thanks ic for putting me on this goat show. Then season 2 happened and soon as the nerdy white dude smashed ole girl it was a wrap never watched another episode.

The new series has started, first episode was pretty good, cant help but notice a big hole since nathan left now the hole has gotten much bigger with the rest that have left, im gonna stick with it tho it could get better just gotta give the new characters a chance.

I remember last season he had the power to bring back dead things which was the zombie episode, but I'm not sure if he has that or got rid of that power.
