Check in by Thursday, August 11, 2011 11:59 pm Eastern time.
Verses are due by Saturday, August 13, 2011 11:59 pm Eastern time.
Voting will end on Sunday, August 15, 2011 11:59 pm Eastern time.

In the FINALS, you cannot win by no-show. If one Battler A drops his verse and Battler B no-shows on the verse due date, the deadline will extend by 1 day and Battler A will be allowed to delete his verse and post a new or edited verse before the new deadline. This is BC we are not going to name a champion by a no-show.
Due dates will be extended by 1 day if the site goes down.

Please Read The Rules
-Verses must be 16 lines. 15 is not enough. 17 is too much.
-Only 1 round.
-First to 3 votes wins. Only the official voters will count. They are: jamacia, hlf, WallH, sionb55 & Young-Ice
-All votes MUST be explained.
-NO FEEDING! (Feeding is when you let your opponent drop first, then you use their lines against them in your verse; when you flip their lines on them)
-BITING is an instant disqualification. (Biting is when you copy other lyrics in a plagiaristic form.)

Take criticism like a man. Do not try to vote sway and explain your bars in additional posts. Do not cry in this thread about how your punches are harder if you are not getting the votes. Doing so will result in your posts being deleted. Use the Predictions/? Talking Thread to voice your opinions and/or beefs, not this battle thread.

The due dates were final and deaththreats no-showed. No disrespect to him or anyone else but even if it was my battle and I overslept, I'd be force to disqualify myself. This battle is happening. If it will square things between deaththreats and C.Melendez, you can create a thread outside of the tournament and put a post limit for anybody over 100 posts to vote on it and I would definitely be detailed as hell in my vote.

C.Melendez didn't drop so verses:
Verses are due by Sunday, August 14, 2011 11:59 pm Eastern time.
Voting will end on Monday, August 16, 2011 11:59 pm Eastern time.
Sniper K can take down his verse and edit it completely before the new verse due date if ye wants to.
If C.Melendez no shows again, verses will be due August 15th and Sniper K can edit his verse again.
If C.Melendez no shows on August 15th, the Championship is cancelled and Sniper K will win by default.

ill battle, wish we could get extra rounds outta this one. Props to the both of you

With that said, my vote goes to Sniperk. Thought his bars and punches were funnier and his flow seemed a bit more on point. Not a diss to C Melendez tho, he came wit it too just thought Sniper was the better overall joint.

Mastery

The battle was good. Both opponents more than held there own with their lyrics, flow, and punches. Both were aggressive as hell.

With that being said, I thought C. Melendez' verse was more aggressive, had the better punches and it flowed smooth as ? .

Damn this was a great battle I wish there were more rounds but with that said I thought sniperk had it in the end his punchlines were dope. I felt his verse had more sting for a final battle

Thanks for coming through. Congratulations to sniperk for winning LE Tournament #3! Finally won one of these but you got proven skills.

And gotta tip my hat off to C.Melendez BC I think he definitely got better.
