When yall sit down to have a meal do yall say grace? if so what do yall say? for about the past year or so i started saying a lil thank you prayer rite before i have a meal its not a long sermon, just a lil thank you ? for this meal help it to strengthen and nourish my body! ? bless the person that prepared this meal etc.

I say grace before I eat any kind of meal, whether its home cooked or fast food...I always gotta give praise

I don't say grace. Haven't in like 5 years.
But when im eating with some who does, i bow my head too just so i won't offend them. -

i used to say ' ? is good, ? is great, lord we thank you for our food, amen"
now i say, "lord, bless this food that we are bout to recieve, bless it for the nourishment of our body in your son jesus name, amen
and i try 2 say it when ever i eat anything.... -

I don't say grace (since I don't believe in ? ) but I should stop and think about how fortunate I am before I eat. It's a good idea.

only time i do it is when im with one of the chicks im ? . she always say grace for some ? reason.
