damn doctor told me my liver in bad shape but same time aint gonna let no one slow me down lol i took a week off but seem like everytime i try to stop or rest a party or get together comes and im force to drink lol

i dread the day a doctor tells me i cant drink for whatever reason (liver, ulcer, etc..) therefore throughout the week i take milk thistle, choline, vitamins, other herbals, drink nothing but water and eat a lot of fruits and veggies to keep my body in good shape so hopeully im not an old man who cant drink -
patrone is the most incredible alcohol, expensive but worth it, you will wake up the next day like you drank the night before minus the headache and throwing up, i dont know about yall but i enjoy the day after when all you want to do is tear up greasy foods and do nothing but chill all day

alchohol is some rough stuff so you might just wanna cut back a lil at a time
the weird thing is some people drink heavily all thier life and nothing happens to them
better safe then sorry tho -
The worst part is my father is 62 and he drank and did so much drugs and hes fine, my grandfather the same thing and he lived to be like 76 and died in a car accident/ so with this sort of thinking I was never scared away from drinking everyday because no one in my family has ever been ? up off dat ? like on tv/ I mean its sad to say it but thats what it is

Good luck on getting to sleep. What i do (or did lol) is put in a dvd or watch a movie i've seen before, and when i start getting sleepy i close my eyes and listen to it until i fall asleep.
Going to sleep sober kinda sucks. You're just laying there with your head on your pillow. Thinking about ? . wondering why i cant fall asleep. trying not to look at the clock. -

I made it to 5 days sober than that damn Silvester ? me up again. I think the first 3 days are the hardest then its ok... just try to stay busy than its easyier..

I went to the grocery store and the stale beer stank from the can redemtion center made me wanna drink.
now im sure i got problems
I bought a 6pack of club soda & a bunch of peanuts & pistachios
Im at 48hrs right now
