I'd assume through body weight exercises e.g. push ups, pull ups, chin ups and dips.

you do the damn exercises that are geared toward what it is you are trying to accomplish. like for wrestling, boxing, football, basketball... etc...
so the question really is what is the main activity in you life then branch off that...
but you dont get where im coming from. a ? can had strenght like a ? but get in a ring and cant even knock a ? out. ? it. you know of any vids i can watch to learn how to box. i aint got no bag or nothing. just good ole shadow boxin -
Build endurance with running, swimming, etc. and do the weightlifting as well. If you lift less weight and do more reps it will build strength and endurance, which is what you're looking for. Also, eating right will help you so you have energy to fight.

Say word?
If you're looking for strength, more weight, like super heavy, and less reps about 4-6 will build strength. But I mean super heavy, you should be struggling. -
? was trolling... if not, im sure some Bot will answer his inadvertently question...

lol. the moves with kettlebells give you your cardio and strength training, 2 for 1. there is so much you can do with them.
i used to have pain in my knees and lost some explosive in my vertical but ever since i been training with them i got back more than i lost. -
be like water
but if u lifting to knock a ? out u might want to reevaluate ur priorities
regular yard work should do imo
or manual labor
or check ur library for books on fighting or lifting
