kanye is a tier down from pac lyrically..also pac had better flow, delivery
but makes up for it with his great song making and concepts....
has that same pac passion though, u feel he puts his heart into everything...which is what separates him for alot of borin ass rappers -

kanye is popular because this soft ? generation can "identify" with his female tendencies so you think hes great cause he got ? in him just like you -
kanye is still my ? and the best song maker for the last 5 years or so....but he do got ghost writers, he is a producer first and foremost....
his energy/passion is his main selling point, makes up for his average flow, delivery...
kanye virtually ousthined jayz on WTT with his share passion
pac has one of the greatest deliveries for any rapper, the way he wud put so much emphasis on each word was amazing -
