What are some ways I can help myself to look younger?

I was mistaken for my older cousin's uncle by one of her friends and I was hurt like a muhfucca. As we all know, I'm afflicted with the horrible disease called YoungManOldFace. Couple of other posters have to deal with this everyday like me so I'm sure they can help as well.
Dressing young won't work cuz I'll just look like that old ? jangling viagra pills in his pocket to minors and college students.
