How Many Languages Do You Speak?

I wanna learn to speak French,Spanish, Mandarin, and Italian all by the end of next year. I plan to use Rosetta Stone. Anyone speak anything besides english and how did you go about learning if so?

I speak 3 languages..
Italian - my whole family is Italian.
Dutch - born and raised in Belgium (they speak dutch in the northern part of belgium)
English - from watching american TV-shows. -

english, french, aff somali, and arabic. i can speak a lil italian and russian because my dad speaks both, but i'm not fluent in them. and i used to be able to speak amahari, but i haven't spoken it in a long time so i've forgoten most of it

lol, canadian's speak proper english. american's ? me when they're so anti-spanish, tellin them to "learn english" like they speak it well or something. it's really kinda odd that the US doesn't have 2 official languages, what other country does that?

I think it should be the goal of most to at least try and learn spanish especially considering its a great skill set when starting a career

my sister's dutch. from holland. she been teachin me cuss words & ? here & there but i can't speak or understand full sentences or anything. -

Other english speaking countries look at American English like Spain looks at Caribbean Spanish...they're ashamed of it lol...to answer the thread I can speak English and different dialects of Spanish (panamanian, dominican, puerto rican, el salvadorian, and cuban)
