    Yea that's what I said but it's still free civic, plus my insurance will come down eventually, I had bad driving record from company car.

    the only way you are paying that much is if the insurance company labels you a high risk driver and they lowered your deductible. Lower deductible equates to higher premiums. But even still for a honda civic whether used or new $600 a month is RIDICULOUS!

    I'm high risk, I got turned down by many companies. But also I'm from Toronto, This city insurance is insane in general, not like the states,

    Also honda civic is higher insurance here than other luxury cars because a lot of young people drive it because it's cheap to cop and young drivers tend to get in accidents a lot more and get tickets.

    Dayum. Can you switch between gas and electricity manually? Let's say you are for the most part driving around in the city, then you only need electricity.

    That seems pretty high for borrowing $16k.
    Looks like your interest rate is about 12% here.

    The car is $22k before taxes ans im putting $8k down.

    22K taxes are 10-11% depending where you live (which is the bay)

    out the door should be around 24200 with 8k down youre looking at 290-300$ a month payments for 72 months and that's with a 8.9 interest rate.
