TEA PARTY tells businesses to STOP HIRING!

Republicans recently refused to pass President Obama’s jobs plan, which experts estimate would create at least 1.9 million jobs and help America's crumbling infrastructure in some states.

Now influential Tea Party leaders are openly lobbying business owners to stop hiring in order to hurt President Obama. This week, the Tea Party Nation told their members to abstain from hiring Americans to strike back at Obama (who is called a "dictator"), Democrats, Progressives, health care, media, Hollywood and the Occupy Wall Street movement.

On their web site, conservative activist Melissa Brookstone states:

Resolved that: The Obama administration and the Democrat-controlled Senate, in alliance with a global Progressive socialist movement, have participated in what appears to be a globalist socialist agenda of redistribution of wealth, and the waging of class warfare against our constitutional republic's heritage of individual rights, free market capitalism, and indeed our Constitution itself, with the ultimate goal of collapsing the U.S. economy and globalizing us into socialism.

Resolved that: President Obama has seized what amount to dictatorial powers to bypass our Congress, and that because the Congress is controlled by a Progressive socialist Senate that will not impeach one of their kind, they have allowed this and yielded what are rightfully congressional powers to this new dictator.

Resolved that: By their agenda and actions, those in our government who swore oaths to protect and defend our Constitution have committed treason against the United States.

Resolved that: The current administration and Democrat majority in the Senate, in conjunction with Progressive socialists from all around the country, especially those from Hollywood and the left leaning news media ( Indeed, most of the news media. ) have worked in unison to advance an anti-business, an anti-free market, and an anti-capitalist ( anti-individual rights and property ownership ) agenda.

Resolved that: These same factions expect that, by carrying out a radical anti-business agenda, which includes the passage and inflicting of Obama"Care" on our nation, class warfare and redistribution of wealth, and expanding the government, while killing businesses in this country with an environment hostile to business, including excessive regulations ( the average business must now spend about $11,700 per year per employee to comply with government regulations! ), and by borrowing and wasting more money than has been spent in the entire previous existence of our republic, that they will "create jobs", when in fact all they have "created" have been government jobs that consume wealth, and don't "create" it.

Resolved that: Our President, the Democrats-Socialists, most of the media, and most of those from Hollywood, have now encouraged and supported "Occupy" demonstrations in our streets, which are now being perpetrated across the globe, and which are being populated by various marxists, socialists and even communists, and are protesting against business, private property ownership and capitalism, something I thought I'd never see in my country, in my lifetime.

I, an American small business owner, part of the class that produces the vast majority of real, wealth producing jobs in this country, hereby resolve that I will not hire a single person until this war against business and my country is stopped.

I hereby declare that my job creation potential is now ceased.

Communist? Socialist? I swear Republicans will say just about anything to invoke fear into the average un-educated American that President Obama is somehow becoming a "dictator".

It's funny the political climate is playing out like a staged performance. It feels more choreographed and scripted than 'pro-wrestling'.

Smh! Slick, I knew you would b the one in here condoning this garbage. I u/s your frustrations with Obama, but where are the solutions? What alternatives are the Republicans proposing? I dont see any. You got these tea partyers crying about redistribution of wealth, and they're not even the 1% they claiming to defend. When I see Warren Buffet, Russell Simmons, and Brad Pitt, just to name a few, say they dont mind paying higher taxes and acknowledging the inequalities in the system, it makes me question these tea partyers real motives.

thats an understatement. anytime there is a thread on him, you are front and center ranting on more than just your "dislike" of his policies . y'all need to make up your mind, is he a puppet or is he a dictator? which is it? He is the president, isnt that what they do? have visions on what they think the country should be? im confused, what is he supposed to be doing?

Here's one solution for you and others to ponder - are you better off NOW? than say when the ? Bush was in the white house? Is the housing market better now? is gas cheaper? is food cheaper? How about higher education...are legal American citizens getting the dream act for there children? So many of you who think that his policies are right for the country & those who oppose said policies are being selfish for not allowing his policies to take effect -- BS! therein lies the problem HIS POLICIES will never/AREN'T working - he just continues to throw trillions of dollars away with no real results......that HAS GOT TO STOP! & that is the bottom-line.

According to pollster Scott Rasmussen, the bailouts of banks by the Bush and Obama administrations triggered the Tea Party's rise. The interviewer[clarification needed] added that the movement's anger centers on two issues, quoting Rasmussen as saying, "They think federal spending, deficits and taxes are too high, and they think no one in Washington is listening to them, and that latter point is really, really important."

you're right! the economy is gone to ? , the spending went on bailouts, those who got bailed out took their funds and bailed out on the people. That spending wasnt throwing away money, it was an investment, and one that didnt pay off. I dont think they should have been granted bailouts, the only place they should have made bail from is jail! the only other ridiculous spending is on the military. Its a repeatedly talking point on Republicans is not to raise taxes, but where is their plan? Who has the better solution here to get the economy moving? Its time to stop the finger pointing like 2yr olds and do something! Im tired of hearing talking points and no action!

How are these Tea Partyers helping anything by urging businesses to stop hiring? Is that the solution?

    They dont have one.

They feel like we need to suffer because the country is already bloated to capacity with to many government programs and too much government spending. They dont want to reduce the spending over 5-10 yrs. They want to reduce the spending now which means less jobs more unemployment and more opportunity for capitalist. And hard times for the disenfranchise.

If republicans were in office we would be in a depression.. a severe one. But thats what the pubs want cause they feel like its inevitable anyway. They want to deregulate everything because thats a deterrent to small business corporations to invest as well as uncertainty from the new health Care law changes.

They talk about cutting everything except defense (except Ron Paul) when defense spending is outrageous. We spend more than the next 3 countries combined i believe.

You're being so nice. I'll be more blunt and to the point. This man is totally Incompetent & lost and he keeps reaching for solutions and blaming others while the country descends into chaos & civil unrest. Don't tell me his theory of transforming America and underlying ideologies hasn't harmed this economy and instilled fear in so many of our fellow Americans. Like what the ? is this man gonna regulate next or JUST tax small business owners to death.

good way to completly ignore the premise of the thread....bottom line...republicans number one goal is to defeat PRESIDENT OBAMA.....not to create job or fix the economy

The true bottom line -- This President is totally incompetent & hopefully he'll be out of work...SOON! - His community organizing skills might be better suited for Libya....I hear they need a new leader. Since most African countries are oil rich and very solvent, just maybe that kind of country would suit the former Presidents spending habits....cause he sure as hell broke this country with his ideology and vision of transforming America.

what are you going to do if he's reelected?

The only reason the Tea Party and those other radical conservative republicans are around is because of uneducated people who won't take the time see what the real issues are in this country/economy. They rely on the news to think for them and give them pre-packaged opinions. I don't agree with everything Obama does (especially meddling around in foreign affairs) but i'll be damned if I vote for some people who's main focus is getting someone out of office.

So what's after that? What are they gonna do for the country when they get this "dictator" out of office and get someone else in? Their whole motto is "elect one of our guys and you'll see", well ? THAT. I don't see any one candidate right now that can make me think that they will do a better job than Obama. I'd rather have Obama for another four years than one of those other possible candidates who spouts out ? like "companies are people too".

Emails Show Liberals Pushed CLASS Act Despite Experts’ Warnings
    Lachlan Markey
    The Heritage Foundation's "Scribe" Blog
    Thu, 2011-09-15

"Liberals in Congress were aware of these problems and continued to push for CLASS’s inclusion in Obama care. That suggests that they either had an ideological commitment to a long term care entitlement program that overrode any concerns about its actuarial soundness, or that they were determined to include the program as a means to game the bill’s budget score. Since premium contributions into the CLASS program are front-loaded, its inclusion in the health care bill meant that it would reduce the budget deficit over 10 years (the standard CBO measurement window). But as the program begins to pay out benefits, its budget will sink into the red."

Solyndra isnt the big deal your making it out to be and in alot of areas obama helped healthcare. Healthcare needed changes anyway your just pointing out 1 bad spot and overblowing it.
