This is the second 10/10 IGN has given to a PS3 exclusive this generation. 360 still has ZERO perfect 10's from IGN. Just a bunch of generic 9.0 games with N64 graphics

10 Presentation
The cinematography and the way the game tells its story blew me away. It's touching and entertaining.
10 Graphics
Amazingly beautiful -- just watch sand cascade from Drake's footsteps, water slosh across the screen, and the wrinkles crinkle on characters faces. Naughty Dog outdid itself.
10 Sound
Spectacular voice acting, fantastic sound effects and an emotional score.
10 Gameplay
Refined climbing and shooting are better than ever, but it’s the way your actions merge with the story that impress.
10 Lasting Appeal
Single player deserves multiple playthroughs, just like your favorite film. Multiplayer is deep as well as rewarding and will keep you coming back.

Masterpiece

mgs4 was good but damn @ all those cut scenes, ? was a movie and ? . Uncharted will be one of this goat titles, sounds like 3 is flawless.

Ive had all 3 systems at one point or another and I still check scores, who wants to buy a bad game? -

It's not about buying bad games. It's just the ? jumping up and down screaming a 10 a 10 woohoooo while your ? ass Xbox game get a 9.5. Really? A good game is a good game not matter which system. I use scores as well and anything that spark my interest and is over an 8 I'm checking for it. -

IGN RATINGS FOR SUPER MARIO GALAXY 2 (WII)
10 Presentation - Big and bold, with a progression that's been tightened up and streamlined. This is Mario at its core, and one of the best, if not the best, Nintendo has to offer.
10 Graphics - A testament to the amazing game engine from 2007: it still looks fantastic and beautiful.
10 Sound - A much stronger saturation of "big band" tunes here, and that's just awesome.
10 Gameplay - This is the absolute pinnacle of Mario gameplay: everything that makes a Mario game so incredibly fun is represented here. Both in 2D and 3D.
10 Lasting Appea l- If you just want to get to Bowser you'll be done in a few hours. But if you want to strut your gaming skills you'll be playing this one for weeks.
