I recommend this for anybody trying to add size and strength to there SHOTGUN muscles.

your SHOTGUN muscles are the neck, hands and forearms, fingertips, and calves.

All the exercises are pure bodyweight exercises, most that people aren't doing.


Not only that but the author talks about the prison diet, of how convicts eat to get big in prison...as well as fat loss.
As well as joint and flexibility training.

There's a chapter on healing techniques, especially for the rotator cuffs...so heavy overhead pressing and bench pressing won't be a problem,

Its avaliable in ebook form, and the hard copy will come out in December.


Long story short....I recommend it!
