I was disgusted when I looked in the mirror today I need to get back in shape w/out losing a ton of weight Im only about 160 as is but theirs fat on my stomach the only cardio im into is running (tradmill track gym whatever) Im noy down for that elliptical or bike or stairmaster ? Im a grown ass man I cant be on no stairmaster, I dont do free weights much, I kinda stay away from that part of the gym but I like machine weights. I dont eat too much maybe about 2000 cals a day how should I go about getting my abs back?

Well how tall are you? If you are only 160 pounds and are eating 2000 calories a day, that is your problem right there. You need to cut back on the calories a bit. Try taking in about 1600 - 1750 calories a day and do your daily exercise. That should help.

not sure how tall I am 5'9' or 10.... but thanks bringing down the calories shouldnt be too hard

As far as workouts I usually go to the gym 4X a week tryin to make it 5 do about 2 miles on the treadmill 20 mins on weights and then I shoot hoops for about 30 mins should I attempt to do more of anything

Do Total Body workout either with weight or bodyweight 2-3 times a week

Total Body Workout is the key to reclaming or keepin your 6 packs since U don't have to do 100 or more situps

Sprint on your day off (help u lose the fat)

for example Mon- Weight or Bodyweight, Tues- Sprint , Wed-Weight or Bodyweight, Thurs-Sprint, Fri-Weight or Bodyweight

Exactly...but as far as the Ab Ripper X routine...360 sit-up variations is a bit excessive...I know you've probably heard this a lot..but the key to gets that 6 or 8 pack is to run, eat healthy...and then do your sit ups...see, if you already have a flat stomach...you can get that 6 pack in a matter of weeks...Someone that has too much fat around their stomach can do 1000 sit ups everyday and not see any changes.

Yep, thats good...honestly bruh, as long as you stay away from that ? fast food and pizza...you can eat whatever you want but just dont let it pile up without burnin it off.
