just got some lasagna out of harris teeter deli..I didnt expect ? to be that good...s'all gone.

not really if u think of it a piece of steak could be a pound at certain places

what's the calories..u know we go by cals...a pound of a steak is way different than a pound of donuts

Pound of lasagna? yah, you easily clear 1K. And that's being conservative. But ? it. As long as you don't go over your calories for the day, who cares?
Like today my meals will consist of 3 protein shakes and some popeyes. Still under 2500 calories.

Depends on the food you are eating a pound of. Pound of chocolate, pound of salad, pound of pasta. A pound of lasagna is a lot.
