A guy who is not considered gifted as far as skillset but it's all heart and just rack up wins. Whatever teams he lead will instantly becomes winner and make all teammates better. No one quite know how he does it but somehow he always get the W at the end.
Do we have a guy like that in NBA?
Some of the guys that come to mind:
Chauncey Billups
Rajon Rondo
JJ Barea
Robert Horry
Derek Fisher

Chauncey Billups- Great shot, good handles, solid defender (good skillset)
Rajon Rondo- Fast, Great handles, great vision (good skillset)
These guys have a much better skillset at their position than Tebow does at his -
Kevin Love is the nba Tebow.
Thanks. -

Thanks.
Fact: Kevin Love has not led the T'Wolves to a winning season ever.
Fact: When up against elite PFs/teams he hasn't proved leadership at all. -
No such player exists. He would've BEEN exposed.
-
Jimmer will be no dribble moves no defense yet might chuck a few game winners

andre miller.
this dude is a winning point guard who knows how to play the game but can't jump, can't really shoot, isnt fast, and doesn't have the flashiest handle -
only way this is even feasible is if brian scalabrine somehow leads a team to the playoffs

Kwame Brown has done nothing to help his team win though.
He's just trash. -
Andre. Miller easily. Might be the most underrated pg of alltime.

This, its not possible in the nba for a player with such a limited skillset to lead a winning team
